  Technical engineering and design manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop short term, medium term and long term strategy for technical, engineering and
    product development activities.
  • Design work plan to support strategies and formulate respective budgets and forecast.
  • Manage departmental activities in liaison with other departments to achieve corporate
    targets.
  • Plan for appropriate resource allocation and acquisition to support departmental activities.
  • Control and monitoring of departmental target and activities.
  • Formulate policies and design appropriate technical, engineering and product development
    systems, procedures, control, database and reporting mechanism to regulate departmental
    activities.
  • Negotiate changes in technical specification of suppliers if necessary or potentials to provide
    extra features.
  • Identify and verify products or parts to be produced on our own, localised or imported.
  • Coordinate product registration or product approval activities of new products or new
    market.
  • Evaluate and approve the production SOP during trial and actual production run and
    monitor productivity.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably with MBA.
  • Good interpersonal skill, fluent in English, MSO 365.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  Medical sales representative

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our medical devices to the target clients
  • Develop business with existing and new clients.
  • Ensure to achieve annual sales target.
  • Ensure all documentations are in order.
  • Implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Ensure all certification and licenses were renewed and updated.

Requirements

    • Posses degree in Medical/Biomedical Science/any related field.
    • Must posses own transport and willing to travel.
    • Practice in medical sales is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Product Design and Development
  • Study & understand market need for new product and existing product.
  • Develop specification & drawing by conducting design study on possible or proposal of product by Sales Department or by management.
  • Produce prototype and make suitable testing to prove the operational of the new product.
  • Analyse and make conclusion required product registration.
  • Install product for field trial and continuously monitor its performance and its test result.
  • Product introduction and improvement to the market.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • Must posses own transport and willing to travel.

  Quality Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and improve Quality Control System
  • Establish proper in-house quality control testing procedures and facilities
  • Coordinate quality control and testing at external laboratory
  • Coordinate and implement Quality Control and Quality Assurance Activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Conversant in MSO 365 and AutoCAD.
  • Good understanding of statistics and statistical process control and other quality tools.
  QA/QC Inspector

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement efficient and effective tasks given by superior according to work standards, procedures and instruction qualitatively and quantitatively.
  • Implement quality inspection activities as per work instructions.
  • Achieve quantity targeted given within stipulated time frame.
  • Achieve quality targeted given as per standards or procedures.
  • Recording quality inspection finding.
  • Communicate the inspection finding to QA/QC Technician or Supervisor

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM and Certificate in relevant technical field.
  • Experience Minimum 2 years (exclusive of practical training).
  • Possess own transport.
  • Fluent in English and BM.
