  Technical engineering and design manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop short term, medium term and long term strategy for technical, engineering and
    product development activities.
  • Design work plan to support strategies and formulate respective budgets and forecast.
  • Manage departmental activities in liaison with other departments to achieve corporate
    targets.
  • Plan for appropriate resource allocation and acquisition to support departmental activities.
  • Control and monitoring of departmental target and activities.
  • Formulate policies and design appropriate technical, engineering and product development

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably with MBA.
  • Good interpersonal skill, fluent in English, MSO 365.

  Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Building, Fixed Asset and Office Equipment Maintenance.
  • Ensure all legal requirements complied – business licenses, building grants, CF, road tax, building fire insurance etc. in order.
  • Organise and coordinate CSR activities of the company.
  • Health, Safety and Security.
  • Guest and Public Relations and Entertainment.

Responsibilities:

  Production Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Perform production activities as per work instructions or production plans.

  • Use safety equipment as per instructions.

  Warehouse Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Perform warehouse activities as per work standards or instructions.
  • Arrange and label goods properly.
  • Store goods at designated area.
  • Report daily activities
  • Clean warehouse area.
  • Do rework or salvage activities.
  • Do packing, boxing, wrapping etc. for deliveries.
  • Perform loading and unloading activities as per standards or procedures.
  • Perform monthly stock check.
  • Ensure and maintain safety and health at work place.

  Accounts And Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitoring of corporate target and activities.
  • Statutory compliance to relevant Act such as Income Tax Act, GST Act, Sales and Service Tax Act, Companies Act.
  • Managing business cash-flow requirement.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate Management AccountsReports and Analysis 
  • Systems and Internal Control – develop appropriate systems, procedures and control .

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, ACCA or other professional accounting certification. Preferably with MBA.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, fluent in English, UBS Accounting and UBS Stock, MSO 365.
  • Knowledgeable in GST, Income Tax Act, Company’s Act 1967, Malaysian Accounting Standards, MPERS, Employment Act.
  • 15 years in Accounts Department, 5 years in manufacturing industry.
  Project Controller

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Performance Monitoring.

  • Resource Planning and development.
  • Plan for appropriate resource allocation and acquisition to support departmental activities.
  • Control and monitoring of corporate target and activities.
  • Manage plan activities and cost within approved target.
  • Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets and are signed off.
  • Managing risk during the project deployment as controller and provide an assistant to Account & Financial Department team as well as P&L reporting.

Requirements:

  • Manage non-compliance or unbudgeted costs so as not to materially affect production costs.

Requirements

  Syariah & CSR Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, coordinate and execute CSR activities in the group companies or external community.
  • Planpromote and execute CSR programs involving employees for external parties.
  • Conduct CSR activities and long term community projects together with relevant parties on behalf of company.
  • Develop, lead, coordinate and execute all religious and spiritual activities in the group companies.
  • Identify practices and develop relevant Syariah compliant policies to govern those practices.
  • Acquire and maintain relevant certification for Syariah and integrity compliant.
  • Manage CSR activities via Yayasan Anak-Anak Yatim Wardatul Jannah.
  • Coordinate fund raising activities via dinner, golf tournament, fun run, donation drive etc.
  • Promote YWJ via websites, social media and other promotional means.
  • Organise class and activities for the orphans at Yayasan.
  • Lead and administer zakat collection under LZS Agency.
  • Promote and collect zakat on behalf of YWJ and ensure all administration matters relating to zakat properly complied with, reported etc.
  • Compile periodical and annual report as required and submit to LHDN, JKM, JPM, LZS and all related parties .
  • Ensure licenses and registration are active. Renew before expires.
  • Attend to audit or queries if any from interested party.

Requirements
