Sales & Marketing Manager (Medical)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Performance Monitoring.
  • Design work plan to support strategies and formulate respective budgets and forecast.
  • Resource Planning and development.
  • Identify, acquire, develop, allocate and mobilize required resources to support revenue generating, cost control or investment activities for sales and marketing activities .
  • Plan for appropriate resource allocation and acquisition to support departmental activities.
  • Control and monitoring of corporate target and activities.
  • Formulate policies and design appropriate sales and marketing systems, procedures, control, database and reporting mechanism to regulate departmental activities .
  • Manage plan activities and cost within approved target.
  • Conduct contract review and establish contract monitoring procedures to ensure that secured contract commitments are being fulfilled on a timely manner.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. 
  • Promotion and Exhibitions.
  • Product Sourcing.
  • Tender and Quotation.
  • Contract Negotiation.
  • Systems and Internal Control – develop appropriate systems, procedures and control.
  • 5S and Autonomous Maintenance-Effective maintenance of 5S and AM in own area and group area.
  • Other Quality continuous improvement effort.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Management / Economics/ Business Studies/ Electrical Engineering / Marketing.  
  • 15 years in Sales, Business Development or Marketing, 5 years in power utility, telecommunication and oil and gas industry.
  • Preferable experience in project management etc PMP or Prince or Equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill, fluent in English, SAGE UBS, MSO 365.
  • Familiar with INCOTERMS, Import and Export procedures, documentary credits, AFTA, GST, SST or etc.
