Sales Assistant (Medical)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders, quotations, tenders, other application and request by the sale team.
  • Produce reports based on the sales of employees in the sales department.
  • Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the desired of customers.
  • Prepare, update and record movement of goods – in and out.
  • File related documents regarding movement of goods – in and out.
  • Coordinate for sales and marketing activities as per procedures or standards.
  • Arrange and delivery of goods properly.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare,Management or equivalent.
  • Conversant with SAGE 50, Sage UBS, MSO 365,ISO 13485,GDPMD
  • 3 years in medical industry related functions
