Sales & Marketing Assistant

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative services including acquisition or preparation of catalogues, brochures, samples, banners, invitation cards, gifts, souvenirs etc.
  • Make arrangement for suppliers logistics, invitation to customers, and other logistics arrangement for promotion forums, exhibitions, seminars, training, talks etc.
  • Compile list of quotation received from principles. 
  • Download tender or quotation advertisement in newspaper, websites, bulletin boards etc.upon information received from  executive or from higher position.
  • Assist in preparation, compile documents and submit approved completed tender document or quotation.
  • Request sample from supplier and send sample to customer if required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Management, Economics, Business Studies, Information Studies or Marketing.
  • Good interpersonal skill, fluent in English, SAGE UBS, MSO 365.
  • 4 years in Sales, Business Development or Marketing Department, 2 years in electrical, power utilities, telecommunication and oil and gas industry.
  • Familiar with INCOTERMS, Import and Export procedures, documentary credits, AFTA, GST etc.
