Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Exchange Policy

  1. This Exchange policy is only applicable for Shamawar Medicare Products. It is not applicable with other products under Shamawar Elektrika, Shamawar Technica and Shamawar Alam Tani.
  2. For exchange, please email our Medicare Customer Service by phone at +603 6141 8364 or email medicare@shamawar.com.my with your order number and information on the affected item within 3 days of receiving the goods. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action. We will review your request within 7 working days and get back to you thereafter.
  3. Please return the items and you will get a replacement of the same products once we received that affected item within 7 days from the email confirmation (send by our Medicare Customer Service).
  4. Exchange of Products can be arranged under the following reasons:
    • If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
    • If the Product is out of date or expired; or
    • If the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered. Products for exchange shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
  5. Exchange of Products can only be for the following:
    • Product must be exchange with the same product.
    • Product must be of the same brand.
    • Product must be of the same quantity & volume size.
  6. The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for a exchange. All returned items are subject to quality control inspection and approval. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches Shamawar Medicare. Shamawar Medicare will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to the Product received by us. The Customers are advised to pack safely the Product to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.
  7. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request, at our own discretion, should we determine that a customer is abusing our exchange policy.

 

Return & Refund Policy

  1. This Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable for Shamawar Medicare Products. It is not applicable with other products under Shamawar Elektrika, Shamawar Technica and Shamawar Alam Tani.
  2. Shamawar Medicare shall use its best efforts that Orders are correctly fulfilled. Should there be any discrepancy of Products delivered and Customer wishes for return and refund or exchange, Customer need to notify our Medicare Customer Service by phone at +603 6141 8364 or email medicare@shamawar.com.my with your order number and information upon 3 days of receiving the goods. The Customer is advised to wait for our instruction for the next course of action. We will review your request within 7 working days and get back to you thereafter.
  3. There will be no refund in cash to customer. The refund will be done via the same mode of payment via Online.
