PLC NETWORK DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS –A.K.A PLC CLEANERSince 2001, our technical partner has been dealing with both, the design of PLC communication modems, and their subsequent implementation. Due to this, these products incorporate procedures that provide information on the quality of the received signal, the state of the communication path, and other diagnostic variables such as phase monitoring (recognizing whether it is the phase to which the opposite modem is transmitting or whether it is signal received by crosstalk in the cable line).As part of the PLC Cleaner solution, these modems are used for communication on low-voltage distribution systems, they are able to detect even the “bottlenecks” of the communication channel and, subsequently, recommend how to remove them. The big advantage of this solution is that it does not matter what standard (G3-PLC, PRIME, OSGP, METERS AND MORE, IDIS…) is deployed in a given location and there is no need to manipulate already installed electricity meters.

Prima Series is designed for Primary Current Injection Testing of Current Transformers, Protection Relays & Circuit Breakers during their Factory Test, Commissioning and Routine Testing. It is also used to test the Turns Ratio of Current Transformers and for other applications that require variable high currents. The Kit is designed for most optimal use of man and machine and is suitable to work in live switchyard conditions. Prima consists of a Control Unit and a low weight Loading Transformer, enabling the user to take the Loading Transformer nearest to the CT terminal. Thus, the weight of both the output lead and overall kit reduces considerably. The innovative design of Prima gives the ultimate flexibility to the user to use the full capacity of the Loading Transformer by adjusting the output voltage and current as per requirement.

Protecta*Lite protects transmission and distribution lines by protecting the air around the insulator from a lightning induced external flashover. The lightning surge is safely diverted to ground in a controlled manner and the resulting voltage is limited to a level below the insulation strength.

Compact meter for photovoltaic systems up to 1000 VThe Sonel PVM-1021 meter is a compact photovoltaic system meter with a substantial number of measurement functions. The functions are selected with a rotary switch. Additional parameters are set with buttons located on the housing. All buttons and the graphic display are backlit, which greatly facilitates operation in shaded places, e.g. when taking measurements under ground-mounted PV systems. Large memory significantly shortens preparation of documents after the measurement.
