Overhead Line & Underground Cable

Hubbell offers both IEEE and IEC compliant distribution arrester products. The application may dictate the use of a different design to handle excessive lightning duty, high TOV or offer superior equipment protection.Distribution  arresters are commonly applied on system voltages from 3 – 46 kV. Use this guide to help select the correct arrester classification for your specific application. Other designs are available for unique applications.

Photo Electric Control Unit (PECU) is an electronic switch which is triggered at a specific light level. Based on thermal, electronic or microprocessor technology, photocells operate in a number of ways depending of the level of accuracy required.Dusk to dawn sensing – generally inaccurate light detection where the lamp switches ‘ON’ as night falls and switches ‘OFF’ shortly after sunrise.Light level detection – more accurate light detection where the photocell switches at pre-set light levels both at sunset and sunrise, typically 70/35, 55/28, 35/18 or 20/20 lux. Negative switching sets the lamp to ‘OFF’ at a lower level than ‘ON’, with positive switching acting in reverse.
Our products have been used in the telecom and electrical industry since our inception in 1997. These products are still in operation since their installation, which reflects the quality and robustness of these products. We have local facility for metal stamping, shearing, punching, drilling, welding and assembly. Product coating used is hot dip galvanized that comply to BS EN 1461.For Telecommunication we have Eye bolt, clamp pole iron, clamp terminating , clamp pole concrete, clamp pole headring pole iron and pole concrete, thimble open small, stay rod set, stay plate, Hook clamp IB no 1 & no 2, Integral Bearer Clamp no 1 & no 2 and bridle ring

Shackle Insulator

An insulator that is used in distribution networks that works with low voltage is known as a shackle insulator. This insulator is also known as a spool insulator. These insulators can be worked in two positions like horizontal otherwise vertical.
